Years of experience: 5 years experience

 Oversee the complete project lifecycle management. Collect and document necessary information. Familiarity with Jira is advantageous. Comprehend Business Analyst documentation. Knowledge of ServiceNow, Tableau, SharePoint, and SQL is a plus. Strong experience in SDLC modules and MS Excel.* Seeking candidates with 5+ years of experience.

 Two rounds of interviews.
Job Description:

Project Management:
Direct project planning, execution, and delivery.
Establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables in partnership with stakeholders.
Create comprehensive project plans, including timelines and milestones.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve successful project results.
Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Prepare and present project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.

Business Analysis:
Perform process and data analysis to uncover issues and root causes.
Gather and document requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into technical specifications for the development team.
Develop Process Design Documents (PDD), Software Design Documents, and Test Plans.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team.
Facilitate communication to ensure alignment between project objectives and business goals while managing stakeholder expectations.

Skills Required:
Senior-level resource with strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
Exceptional communication skills.
Strong business acumen, preferably in the Data Center domain.
Extensive experience in creating business requirements using ServiceNow and Tableau.
Proficient in various tools such as MS Office, JIRA, SharePoint, and in SDLC methodologies (waterfall/Agile, etc.).
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
Solid leadership skills necessary for managing projects and stakeholder expectations.
