Job Summary

Xtreme Security Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee files, inventory, and budgetary controls.
  • Task Management: Prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and ensure procedures are followed.
  • Reporting: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Computer and Technology: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and organizational skills.
Work Environment

Xtreme Security Inc. is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be required to work 35 hours per week in a permanent position.
