We are currently looking for a Billing and Collections Representative to support our Lendcare division. This position is essential for upholding our organization’s financial integrity. You will be responsible for a range of tasks that are vital for delivering exceptional customer service and executing administrative duties with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients via phone and email to provide outstanding service by resolving inquiries and presenting solutions related to their accounts. Create and distribute essential billing documents such as balance statements, release letters, transaction histories, payment schedules, and contracts. Document and organize customer interactions, financial transactions, feedback, and complaints for systematic tracking and resolution. Assess the performance of Collection Agents and contribute to enhancing collection strategies and customer service practices. Ensure adherence to company protocols through thorough file reviews and follow-ups. Accurately process payments and verify account information to ensure proper setup and documentation. Manage account restructures, including data entry in the Asset system, preparation of addendums, and customer confirmation of updated loan terms. Identify and annotate accounts to streamline the debt sale process and improve debt recovery efforts. Proactively identify and address potential fraud or discrepancies in customer transactions.

Qualifications:

At least one year of experience in customer service, administrative, or support roles. Familiarity with Asset and Edge systems is highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Must be available for full-time work.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM with one shift from 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM during the week; one Saturday a month from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
