We are currently looking for a Billing and Collections Representative within our Lendcare division. This role is essential in ensuring the financial stability of our organization. You will be responsible for a range of tasks that are vital for delivering exceptional customer service and performing administrative duties with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients via phone and email to provide outstanding service by resolving inquiries and presenting solutions related to their accounts.
  • Prepare and distribute essential billing documents, including balance statements, transaction histories, payment plans, and agreements.
  • Document and categorize customer interactions, financial transactions, feedback, and complaints for organized tracking and resolution.
  • Assess the performance of Collection Agents and assist in enhancing collection strategies and customer service protocols.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards through thorough file evaluations and follow-ups.
  • Process payments accurately and verify account information to ensure proper setup and documentation.
  • Handle account restructures, including data entry in the Asset system, preparation of amendments, and customer confirmation of modified loan terms.
  • Identify and annotate accounts to support the debt sale process and improve debt recovery efforts.
  • Proactively identify and address potential fraud or discrepancies in customer transactions.

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in customer service, administrative, or support roles.
  • Experience with Asset and Edge systems is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Able to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Must be available for full-time work.
