We are seeking a skilled Financial Clerk to join our team at Canadian Tax & Financial Services Inc. The ideal candidate will have completed College or CEGEP and have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll and Financial Transactions: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and reconcile financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare tax returns and trial balance of books, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
