About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to join our Field Service & Infrastructure team at SpryPoint Services Inc. to deliver exceptional results for our utility clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead gap analysis sessions with customers to identify business process improvements
  • Evaluate existing business processes and map to-be processes to optimize software implementation
  • Configure, test, and tune software applications to meet customer needs
  • Assist with data conversions from legacy systems and provide training to end-users
  • Support customers during acceptance testing, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization
  • Collaborate with development and dev-ops teams to influence, design, and validate solutions
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience working with enterprise utility or similar software
  • Experience with Customer Engagement Portals, Work Orders & Asset Management (WAMS), Field Services, Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), Mobile Workforce Management (MWM), or Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is preferred
  • Ability to map processes and have worked in a large process mapping project
  • Proven ability to train users on software applications
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working with Reporting & Business Intelligence Platforms
  • Interest in expanding knowledge and applying knowledge to solve industry problems
  • Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL in particular

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and a proven ability to present information clearly and concisely

  • Comprehensive understanding of implementation methodologies of complex software implementations
  • Understanding of organizational change management and the challenges associated within enterprise level software implementations
  • Ability to develop a deep understanding of utility industries - electric, water, wastewater, gas, telecommunications, sanitation, and others
