CERM is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious MIS Implementation Specialist to join our team in the Americas region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing the CERM system, providing customer support, and software consultancy to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Implement the CERM system at client sites, ensuring a successful and seamless integration.
- Provide exceptional customer support, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during the implementation process.
- Deliver training and consultancy to clients, ensuring they are fully equipped to utilize the CERM system to its full potential.
- Lead implementation projects, working closely with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, helpdesk, and other departments, to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates on project status and activity.
- At least 3 years of experience in the Label and Packaging industry, with a strong understanding of ERP systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with a valid passport and ability to obtain necessary visas.
- Fluency in English, with additional language proficiency a plus.
