Role Overview
As a Software Implementation Specialist, you will assist our airline clients in deploying our software and maximizing its value during active usage.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with clients to comprehend, analyze, and document their business requirements.
- Identify the optimal product configuration to fulfill client needs.
- Execute product configuration, working alongside client personnel as well as independently, based on previously agreed-upon specifications.
- Provide insights on client needs to other teams, including Development, Product, and Quality Assurance, to inform roadmap decisions and guide the development of client-specific integration components as necessary.
- Design and deliver training sessions for client users on fundamental concepts and effective software usage.
- Identify issues and collaborate across multiple internal and client teams to facilitate resolution.
- Present on product functionality, configuration, business advantages, and other relevant topics for clients.
- Offer expert advice to clients on the most effective ways to address specific business challenges using our software.
- Support clients until they realize tangible benefits from the software, not just until installation and configuration are complete.
- Continuously learn about our products, their functionalities, and related technologies, enhancing your knowledge and skills over time.

About You
- A minimum of five years of experience in one of the following roles:
>>>> Software implementation specialist or product specialist, engaging with external clients.
>>>> Enterprise software consulting or systems integration, particularly with airline clients.
>>>> Information technology within an airline.
>>>> Airline operations.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software systems.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely on both technical and business matters, including delivering concise, prepared presentations when necessary.
- Capacity to comprehend a business requirement, explore it through inquiry, and translate it into suitable technical specifications.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and development.
- A proactive attitude and a desire to be part of a focused and driven team.
- Experience in the airline or travel industry is a significant advantage.
