Implementation Specialist

The Implementation Specialist plays a critical role in the software training process, responsible for delivering high-quality training of all Censis applications. This position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a team environment, and the ability to work independently to deliver solutions on time.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a deep understanding of the Censis product suite, including CensiTrac, LoanerLink, ScopeTrac, and CensiTrac Analytics Modules.
- Develop implementation strategies and identify and evaluate installation problems.
- Train clients on all features and benefits of Censis products.
- Build enthusiasm and excitement for the product.
- Provide demonstrations and in-services as needed at client sites and virtually.
- Complete training checklists, daily reports, and implementation reports needed during implementation.
- Participate in software upgrade training.
- Identify installation problems, software bugs, and/or necessary software modifications to Product Development.
- May assist with installing and uninstalling hardware during operational readiness validations.
- Establish and maintain client satisfaction during the implementation training process.
- Actively participate in any project task required.
- Responsible for maintaining expertise in hardware installation and/or troubleshooting.
- Proactively learn new features for all Censis products.
- Demonstrate great attention to detail in the building container definitions.
- Competent in both electrochemical and laser marking technologies; mark and identify/commission instruments.
- Demonstrate competence in Adobe, Word, and Excel to convert and/or prepare customer count sheet data for upload.
- Complete annual performance review.
- Complete performance and development goals.
- Internal Support of other Departments as required/assigned.
- Travel requirement up to 75%.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Familiarity and ease with computer systems.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented.
- Self-motivated individual.
- Certified in Sterile Processing of surgical instruments.
- Experience implementing systems in healthcare environments.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Applications.
- 1-2 years Sterile Processing experience with knowledge of Surgical instruments nomenclature.
- Experience with Salesforce and/or other project management software.
Bachelor degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
