Bakery Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team at United Bakery Manufacturers Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and taste.
Key Responsibilities- Product Development: Develop and implement new recipes and product lines to meet customer demands and stay ahead of the competition.
- Team Management: Supervise and train a team of bakers and production staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to produce high-quality products.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all products meet our high standards.
- Production Planning: Plan and coordinate production schedules to ensure that we meet customer deadlines and demands.
- Staff Development: Identify and develop training programs to improve staff skills and knowledge.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Skills: Excellent baking skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong leadership and communication skills.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a hot and humid environment.
- Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, excellent oral communication, judgement, reliability, team player.
