Job Summary

The DelMonte Hotel Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Premium Services Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our Premium Services Department, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver outstanding guest service and sales performance.
  • Oversee daily operations, including restaurant, club, and in-seat service, to ensure seamless execution and maximum revenue potential.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize labor utilization and minimize waste.
  • Conduct regular audits and recounts to ensure accurate sales and inventory reporting.
  • Ensure all staff adhere to company policies and procedures, including responsible alcohol service and safe food handling practices.
  • Collaborate with the Management team to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement new ideas for food, service, and structure to enhance the Premium Services Department.
Requirements
  • Smart Serve Certification
  • Proven experience in guest service management, with a focus on driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills.
  • Cash handling experience and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences. The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, and stooping, with regular use of hands and fingers.
