Digital Partnership Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Partnership Specialist to oversee the quality and efficiency of our web and content services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, client relations, and project management.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough requirement gathering sessions and prepare detailed cost estimates and initial timelines. Document various project artifacts during delivery.
- Lead kick-off meetings and present delivery plans. Communicate requirements and coordinate with internal or external partners.
- Match client needs to reusable solution patterns.
- Document and provide feedback to partners and product management and development teams on client feedback, any challenges, or areas of improvement.
- Contribute to internal documentation that demonstrates the purposes and benefits of our products and platforms.
- Bachelor's degree + 5 years related experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience in an account management, client relations, or project management role, preferably within the web development or digital content industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Ability to be persuasive, finding win-win solutions by educating partners about our platforms and how they can meet their goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
- Ability to work with cross-functional technical teams.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Certification in quality management (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean, or equivalent).
