Job Role:

The primary duties of this position include executing various technical administrative functions to assist staff and service users. The individual will support administrative tasks related to financial resources, material management, and information oversight.

Qualifications Required:

  • College Diploma in Administration or equivalent
  • Proficiency in English and French
  • Advanced skills in Word and Excel
  • Familiarity with collaborative software/tools
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good judgment, reasoning ability, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build positive interpersonal relationships
  • Discretion, attention to detail, initiative, autonomy, and ability to work under pressure
