About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at The Boeing Company. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion in Western & Central Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the aviation market
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform business decisions
  • Manage and analyze sales data to optimize sales performance
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in technical outside sales and marketing
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Strong understanding of the aviation market and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) providers, Fixed-base Operators (FBO's), Helicopter Operators, OEM's and/or corporate aviation entities
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of aviation material sales and services
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
