Role Responsibilities:

As an integral member of our team, you will engage in a variety of administrative and clerical duties, which include but are not limited to:

  • Preparing financial documents such as reconciliation reports and expense summaries.
  • Managing incoming communications, including phone calls and messages.
  • Creating and maintaining systematic filing structures for both physical and digital documents.
  • Sorting and distributing mail, as well as drafting responses to standard inquiries.
  • Completing necessary forms in accordance with company protocols.
  • Arranging meetings, conferences, and travel logistics.
  • Overseeing departmental projects and operational processes.
  • Managing inventory and ordering office supplies as needed.
  • Assisting in the recruitment process by advertising job openings.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Fewer than 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative capacity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively utilize office equipment and software.
  • Professional demeanor appropriate for a corporate environment.
