About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Construction Trades Assistant to join our team at Ecliptic Builders LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting our tradespeople and ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Tradespeople: Provide support to our tradespeople, including carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, as they work on various construction projects.
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from project sites.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Assist in maintaining and repairing equipment and tools used on construction sites.
  • Site Safety: Ensure that all site safety protocols are followed and that the work site is kept clean and organized.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with tradespeople, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a dusty environment and at various locations.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials and equipment.
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
