About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Ikon Homes. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our building sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the site.
  • Site Assistance: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Maintenance and Cleaning: Perform routine maintenance work, including removing rubble and other debris from the site.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced construction environment, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Work Schedule: Work a regular 30-40 hour week, with opportunities for overtime as needed.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken on site.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience in a construction or building trades environment is an asset.
