We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team at Alpha Physio & Rehab Milton.
Key Responsibilities:- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless communication with patients and staff.
- Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain equipment to ensure optimal functionality and patient safety.
- Document Management: Process files and paperwork accurately and efficiently, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Treatment Programs: Assist physiotherapists and occupational therapists in carrying out treatment programs, providing support to patients with various injuries or disabilities.
- Progress Documentation: Document patient rehabilitation progress, providing valuable insights for healthcare professionals.
- Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with patients, staff, and external partners.
- Communication: Possess excellent oral communication skills, ensuring clear and effective communication in all interactions.
- Flexibility: Exhibit flexibility in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Organization: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
