Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure Proper Packaging Materials: Verify that all necessary packaging materials are ready for production to ensure efficient and effective packaging.
  • Complete Paperwork: Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner to maintain compliance and efficiency.
  • Prepare Ink and Codes: Verify that all ink and codes are ready for production to ensure accurate labeling and packaging.
  • Communicate Quality Issues: Communicate any quality or performance issues to the supervisor to ensure prompt resolution and minimize downtime.
  • Maintain a Clean Work Area: Ensure a clean and organized work area throughout the shift to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Collaborate with Machine Operator: Work closely with the Machine Operator and other crew members to ensure smooth production and minimize downtime.
  • Adhere to Job Procedures: Adhere to all applicable job procedures as outlined in the SOP manual to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Follow GMPs and Safety Rules: Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety practices, and Health and Safety rules as outlined in the employee handbook to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Perform Additional Duties: Perform all other duties as assigned to support the team and ensure efficient production.

Qualifications

  • Education: Completed (minimum) Grade 12 education or equivalent with basic math skills.
  • Production Skills: Must work with speed and accuracy to keep up with the production process.
  • Teamwork: Must be a team player who is dependable and punctual.
  • Communication: Effective communication is essential.
  • Attendance and Work Habits: Must have excellent attendance and work habits.
  • GMP and Safety Awareness: Experience with GMP and safety awareness is required.
