We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough nursing assessments and deliver direct patient care.

- Administer medications and monitor patients' responses to treatment.

- Valid LPN license in Canada.
- Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is an asset.
