Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Field Service Operations Manager to lead our On Site Support team at Safran Landing Systems. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our field service activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage Field Service Operations: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of field service activities to meet customer requirements and ensure product quality.
  2. Compliance and Quality: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies, maintaining a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of field service technicians, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  4. Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that meet their expectations.
  5. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, implementing changes that drive efficiency, productivity, and cost savings.
  6. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that measure team performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, engineering, or a related discipline.
  2. Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in field service operations, customer service, or a related field, with a strong background in leadership and team management.
  3. Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  4. Knowledge: Strong knowledge of commercial aircraft seating products, including repair systems, operations, methods, procedures, and related regulatory requirements.
  5. Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
