Service Operations Manager

About the Role
EightSix Network is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Operations Manager to join our team. As a Service Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our mechanical workshop, ensuring exceptional service standards for our clients, and delegating tasks to team members while maintaining profitability objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and plan daily personnel operations in the workshop, including technicians, technical advisors, and other support staff.
- Manage personnel and ensure their development and training to maintain high levels of expertise.
- Participate in the department's hiring process to ensure the best candidates are selected.
- Establish and maintain excellence in customer service by building strong business relationships, meeting deadlines, and collaborating with other departments.
- Follow up on emergency calls outside of working hours to ensure prompt response and resolution.
- Implement strategies to achieve established objectives, including managing work orders, invoicing, payments, and deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards, identifying and correcting any issues.
- Participate in agricultural events to promote our company and its products.
Requirements
- AED, DEC, or BAC in administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanics and the agricultural environment.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, with excellent communication, planning, and customer service skills.
- Logical reasoning skills and excellent judgment.
