About the Role

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our rapidly-growing Video Ads Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in connecting brands with our newest ad solutions to delight customers and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive Video Business Growth: Generate advertising revenue by calling on ad agencies, new prospects, and consulting advertisers on Streaming TV and other brand-building advertising solutions.
  2. Develop Compelling Narratives: Construct and deliver compelling narratives that highlight the importance of reaching an audience that streams video for businesses today and in the future.
  3. Hunt for Opportunities: Be a true hunter, hungry to uncover opportunity and connect it with a value-adding solution.
  4. Generate Pipeline and Influence Buying Decisions: Generate a pipeline and influences buying decisions to drive revenue from new advertisers.
  5. Establish Credible Relationships: Establish credible relationships with agencies and advertiser decision makers.
  6. Map Account Strategies: Maps account strategies, aligning resources and uncovering which of our video products best serves an advertiser's needs.
  7. Deliver Superior Customer Service: Holds sales calls on existing and prospective clients, delivering superior customer service.
  8. Prepare Customized Sales Presentations: Prepares and delivers customized sales presentations to clients.
Basic Qualifications

REQUIRED: 3+ years of experience selling ads on video/TV/STV.
- 7+ years in digital ad sales as an individual contributor.
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building new customer relationships.
Experience of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management.
