About the Role

Amazon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our rapidly-growing Video Ads Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving video business and helping our customers meet their brand building objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Generate Advertising Revenue: You will be responsible for generating advertising revenue by calling on ad agencies, new prospects, and consulting advertisers on Streaming TV and other brand-building advertising solutions.
  2. Develop Compelling Narratives: You will construct and deliver compelling narratives that highlight the importance of reaching an audience that streams video for businesses today and in the future.
  3. Identify and Pursue New Opportunities: You will be a true hunter, hungry to uncover new opportunities and connect them with value-adding solutions.
  4. Drive Revenue Growth: You will generate a pipeline and influence buying decisions to drive revenue from new advertisers.
  5. Establish Credible Relationships: You will establish credible relationships with agencies and advertiser decision makers.
  6. Map Account Strategies: You will map account strategies, aligning resources and uncovering which of our video products best serves an advertiser's needs.
  7. Deliver Superior Customer Service: You will hold sales calls on existing and prospective clients, delivering superior customer service.
  8. Prepare and Deliver Customized Sales Presentations: You will prepare and deliver customized sales presentations to clients.
Requirements

**Basic Qualifications**

  • 3+ years of experience selling ads on video/TV/STV.
  • 7+ years in digital ad sales as an individual contributor.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Experience building new customer relationships.
  • Experience of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management.
