Job Title: RFI Coordinator

At PSI CRO, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented RFI Coordinator to join our Business Development team.

Job Summary:

The RFI Coordinator will be responsible for completing requests for information (RFIs) and supporting proposal managers with RFI and experience sections in proposals. This role will also assist BD directors with capability presentations and maintain BD knowledge libraries related to PSI services and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete assigned RFIs within Business Development.
  • Support proposal managers with RFI and experience sections in proposals.
  • Assist BD directors with capability presentations and requests for information at the pre-proposal stage.
  • Maintain BD knowledge libraries related to PSI services and capabilities.
  • Serve as a backup for the RFI Manager.

Requirements:

  • College or University Degree.
  • Prior experience managing RFIs or similar documentation processes is a plus.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments under deadline pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
