About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Econix InfoTech Ltd. as a Computer Systems Support Technician. As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, networks, and internet connectivity.
  • Problem-Solving: Consult technical manuals, guides, and other documents to research and implement solutions to complex technical issues.
  • Training and Development: Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties, ensuring they have the necessary skills to use our systems effectively.
  • Log Management: Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to users, ensuring their technical issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
Requirements
  • Education: College or equivalent education in a related field.
  • Experience: At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
  • Availability: Availability for shift or on-call work, as well as the advertised start date.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
