About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Cellular Point. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and assistance to customers and internal teams via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Network Administration: Administer and maintain computer networks, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • System Monitoring: Monitor computer systems and networks to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • User Support: Provide user support and training to customers and internal teams on computer systems and software.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of technical issues and resolutions.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of technical support analysts to ensure efficient and effective technical support.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in technical support and network administration.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions
