Value Mobile is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to users on computer systems, software, and other technical equipment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of technical solutions to improve user experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Basic security clearance.
