About the Role

KARU CONSULTING is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and assistance to clients and internal teams via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Problem Resolution: Analyze and resolve technical issues and problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of technical issues and resolutions.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to internal teams to improve technical skills and knowledge.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues and improve overall technical support.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
  • Skills: Excellent technical skills, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills.
Work Environment

The Technical Support Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills and be able to multitask effectively.
