Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Econix InfoTech Ltd. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients, ensuring their computer systems and networks are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, networks, and internet connectivity.
  • Consult technical manuals, user guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Provide training and guidance to clients on how to use our systems and software.
  • Collect and maintain a log of problems and solutions for future reference.
  • Provide customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • At least 7 months of experience in a technical support role or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability for shift or on-call work.
