We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at 2737275 Ontario Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities- Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities, including coordinating office services, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, and preparing reports and correspondence.
- Perform data entry and oversee office administrative procedures, including planning and controlling budget and expenditures.
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail.
