SIIT is seeking a highly skilled HR Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in supporting our organization's recruitment and hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional recruitment services, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics, and ensuring compliance with SIIT's policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies and job boards.
  • Provide recruitment reporting and analytics to support business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Related post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years of human resources experience, with a focus on recruitment.
  • Knowledge of Indigenous cultures and organizations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Registered Professional Recruiter designation (RPR).
