KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cultivate positive relationships with clients by ensuring that personal presentation, conduct, and demeanor consistently reflect the professionalism of the company. Engage with clients to clarify their needs, troubleshoot issues, and proactively address any unspoken requirements. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of contracts and billing processes, ensuring timely submission of completed tickets for accurate invoicing. Oversee service coordination, which includes daily scheduling of service calls, preventive maintenance activities, and repair/installations. Manage labor scheduling for service level agreements and inspections. Strategically allocate field labor resources to enhance efficiency and productivity. Ensure prompt response times to clients within guaranteed service windows. Acquire purchase orders from clients as necessary. Schedule and communicate job details to technicians, ensuring work orders are closed promptly upon completion. Maintain the technician scheduling application to optimize the use of resources, including subcontractors and equipment rentals. Facilitate ongoing communication between clients and the service team. Clearly articulate our service capabilities and effectively convey all offerings to clients. Monitor quotes for accuracy in labor, travel, rental, procurement costs, and potential warranty considerations. Address client complaints within established guidelines, ensuring resolution to the satisfaction of the client while considering the company's best interests. Undertake additional responsibilities as required. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: A strong client-focused mindset that aligns with the core values of Accountability, Respect, Creativity, Integrity, Passion, and Well-Being. Highly organized with a strong dedication to clients, colleagues, and operational processes. Proficient in computer skills, organizational abilities, and customer relations. A college diploma in business or a related technical field, or equivalent experience. Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office applications is essential. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively for oneself and others. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. Capability to build robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Proficient command of the English language in verbal, written, and telephone communications. Resourceful, with the ability to research information and present findings to internal stakeholders. Accountable, cooperative, and focused on productivity and corporate profitability. Knowledge of the security industry is a valuable asset.

COMPENSATION:

Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 DOE
