Client Services Coordinator

Job Summary
Avison Young is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to join our team in Vancouver. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide administrative support to our brokers and clients, ensuring seamless transaction execution and exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain legal documents, property listings, and client records with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate deal processing, scheduling meetings, and travel arrangements with agents and internal teams.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, including creating client-specific packages, presentations, and proposals.
- Conduct market research, update CRM databases, and provide market insights to support business development.
- Provide administrative support for internal and external correspondence, including file management, scanning, and photocopying.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of real estate experience or relevant diploma/degree.
- Advanced knowledge of business software, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a keen eye for detail and a positive attitude.
