About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Client Service Coordinator to join our Commercial Team in Vancouver. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with policy documentation, certificates, and other administrative tasks.
  • Process and maintain accurate records of client correspondence, invoices, and other documentation.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Team to ensure seamless client service and support.
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with premium financing, accounting, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Update and maintain accurate records in our internal management system, EPIC.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial insurance or related field.
  • Level 2 license (insurance designation, CIP or CAIB preferred) or working towards.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
