Client Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Administrator to support our client service and operations department. This is a 6-month temporary position.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare service work orders, process subcontractor invoices, and verify customer pricing for materials and labor.
- Finalize work orders for data accuracy, status, and proper customer PO information.
- Update and verify D365 service alerts for client pricing and other client-specific information.
- Review technician notes to ensure materials billed to clients match materials used.
- Support client services and operational departments, assist with presentations, and prepare customer-facing documents.
- Follow D365 company and department procedures.
- Coordinate with Client Service Representatives and operational leadership to assist customers with billing and invoice revisions.
- Represent the company in a professional manner to maximize client satisfaction.
- Be available to work outside of normal business hours.
- Work in compliance with the company's policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
- Maintain and protect assigned company assets.
- Accurately maintain written records, submitted on time and complete.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1 year of experience with general administrative duties in an office environment.
- 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Basic accounting and accounts receivable knowledge.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computerized business systems.
- Excellent keyboarding skills.
- Ability to work in a high-volume atmosphere.
- Ability to solve practical problems and work under minimal supervision.
- Ability to organize workload and multitask under deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including customer service skills.
- Ability to write simple correspondence and present information.
- Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
- Ability to function as an effective team member.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and perform occasional reaching and lifting of light office objects.
- Position requires use of computer, keyboard, and phone.
Pay Rate: $19 - $23/hour DOE
