About the Role

Rome Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Medical Executive to lead our medical affairs team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the delivery of high-quality medical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the medical affairs team, ensuring alignment with Rome Group's overall business objectives.
  • Medical Expertise: Leverage your medical expertise to develop and implement evidence-based medical strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of medical professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Collaboration and Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including clinical teams, and external partners, such as healthcare providers and payers.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the efficient and effective delivery of medical services, including clinical trials, medical writing, and regulatory affairs.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the financial sustainability of medical affairs initiatives.
Requirements
  • Medical Degree: MD or equivalent medical degree.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leadership experience in a medical affairs or related field.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans, aligning with Rome Group's business objectives.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles, including financial management and operational excellence.
