Healthcare Client Intake Coordinator
The Healthcare Client Intake Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the Return to Work Services team. The successful candidate will be dedicated to enhancing rehabilitation efforts and facilitating a smooth transition back to work within the community.
As a Healthcare Client Intake Coordinator at pt Health, you will act as the primary point of contact between clients and referral sources. Exceptional communication abilities, organizational skills, and a strong customer service focus are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain follow-up with referral sources
- Coordinate various services and programming initiatives
- Confirm appointments with clients to ensure clarity and preparedness
- Schedule appointments with patients and referral sources efficiently
- Manage the schedules of the clinic and clinicians effectively
- Ensure proper triage of clients to meet their needs
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with Workers' Compensation Board (WCB) processes is advantageous
- Background in a medical office setting is considered beneficial
- Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent communication skills
