Regional Sales Executive

Overview:
The Territory Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing the visibility and sales of Forty Creek Distillery's products across various retail channels. This position focuses on the Off Premise sector, including liquor control stores and select On Premise accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement effective sales techniques to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure successful execution of channel programs in designated accounts, maintaining optimal inventory levels and conducting thorough follow-ups to maximize return on investment.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with retail staff to foster collaboration.
- Utilize customer relationship management tools to maintain updated account information and monitor portfolio status.
- Conduct training sessions for staff to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Work closely with marketing teams to plan and execute local events that elevate brand presence.
- Engage in social media initiatives to boost brand awareness, adhering to marketing guidelines.
- Monitor competitive activities within the territory to inform future promotional strategies.
- Document meeting outcomes and track objectives using CRM tools for data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with Field Sales Manager to develop growth strategies for assigned accounts.
- Complete necessary administrative tasks, including budget management and expense reporting.
- Analyze sales trends to create tailored programming for key accounts.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with shelf standards and product displays.
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in business, sales, or marketing.
- Experience in managing budgets and understanding business financials.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and trends.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to integrity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel regularly and attend events outside of standard hours.
