Position Overview

The Regional Sales Executive will proactively identify and engage potential customer prospects while driving sales growth for NGARE EMPLOYMENT SOLUTIONS PTY LTD. The ideal candidate will leverage self-motivation and interpersonal skills to cultivate relationships with both current and prospective clients within the Canadian legal cannabis market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Spend the majority of time traveling to promote the retail sale of cannabis products: present, advocate for, and sell the portfolio of brands offered by NGARE EMPLOYMENT SOLUTIONS PTY LTD.
  • Deliver product education to retail partners.
  • Establish, nurture, and maintain robust customer relationships with retailers across the designated territory.
  • Proactively reach out to potential customers through cold calling and consistently plan visits to maximize selling opportunities.
  • Meet established sales targets and outcomes within the designated timelines.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, practices, and events.
  • Assist in the creation of sales materials.
  • Enhance brand visibility and community engagement within the assigned territory.
  • Identify new opportunities to promote the brand portfolio while adhering to regulatory constraints.
  • Analyze the territory's potential, monitor activities, and regularly report results to management.
  • Address customer complaints by investigating issues, developing solutions, collaborating with teams, and making recommendations to management.
  • Work alongside management to plan sales activities and set objectives for the assigned territory.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience (2-4 years) in sales, preferably within the cannabis, beverage alcohol, or tobacco sectors.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on selling, communication, and negotiation.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented with excellent self-management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of regulations related to cannabis sales in Ontario.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are essential; travel is required.
  • A Bachelor of Commerce degree or equivalent is preferred.
