Regional Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate market conditions by region, distributor, and customer potential.
2. Contribute to the development and enhancement of national strategies, initiatives, and opportunities to expand the business.
3. Monitor sales opportunities in a precise and timely manner using CRM tools.
4. Oversee significant key accounts, which may include national or multinational clients.
5. Engage with top-tier distributors at least quarterly to gain insights into their business strategies and coordinate annual senior-level executive visits.
6. Establish regular communication with distributors to request orders, ensuring sufficient inventory, new product updates, and adherence to policies.
7. Collaborate with the Sales team to establish new authorized distributor locations and follow up on inventory orders.
8. Work alongside the Sales team to customize promotions for distributor branches.
9. Address ongoing field-related challenges effectively.
10. Operate autonomously with minimal oversight.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5-7 years of experience in a relevant sales position; technical sales experience is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with customers.
- Ability to work independently to meet objectives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment requiring effective time management, creativity, and sound judgment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Teams, and a CRM platform.
- Must reside within the designated territory.
- Bilingualism in French and English is a plus.
Work Conditions: Frequent travel and extended hours may be necessary.
