Regional Sales Executive

Overview:
The Territory Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing the presence and sales of Forty Creek Distillery within the Off Premise sector, which encompasses various retail outlets. This position collaborates closely with the designated Field Sales Manager to maximize retail channel sales and ensure the successful execution of promotional programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement effective selling techniques to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure that all channel programs are executed flawlessly in designated accounts, maintaining optimal inventory levels and providing follow-up to assess program performance.
- Build and nurture direct relationships with retail account personnel.
- Utilize a local CRM system to manage customer relationships, ensuring that key account information is current and accurate.
- Conduct training sessions for on-site staff to keep our brands top-of-mind during customer interactions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute innovative local events that enhance brand visibility.
- Adhere to guidelines set by the marketing team to boost brand awareness through various channels.
- Monitor competitive activities within the territory to inform future marketing strategies.
- Record meeting outcomes and track objectives using the CRM tool to support data-driven decision-making.
- Work with the Field Sales Manager to develop growth strategies for assigned accounts.
- Complete all administrative tasks, including budget management and expense reporting.
- Analyze sales trends and develop tailored programming for partnership accounts.
- Conduct regular audits of store locations to ensure compliance with display standards and product placement.
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in business, with a focus on sales or marketing.
- Experience in managing budgets and understanding business financials.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to integrity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel regularly and attend events outside of standard hours.
