Key Responsibilities- Office Administration: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining accurate records.
- Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
- Data Management: Compile and analyze data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
- Document Management: Type, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating projects and programs, including setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Work Setting: Business services environment.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with a permanent work term.
- Language: English.
- Hours: 30 hours per week.
