About the Role

Nutrien Ag Solutions Limited is seeking a highly skilled Solution Delivery Manager to join our IT Enterprise Applications team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects and initiatives that support our Sales and Logistics business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Process Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our Sales and Logistics business processes and the technology that supports them.
  • Requirements Gathering: Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements documentation.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize backlogs for resolution and development, and work with our delivery partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Incident Management: Own and address business incidents from identification through resolution.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement within business processes and technology solutions related to the Sales and Logistics domain.
  • Technical Leadership: Collaborate with internal and external partners to support Sales and Logistics applications, and provide technical direction and support as needed.
  • Enterprise Strategy: Understand and advocate for enterprise strategies, and work collaboratively with other teams to assess downstream impacts to business stakeholders.
  • Project Delivery: Serve as a project manager or technical lead to ensure business value is provided in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion continuous improvement within the IT team, and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and their potential use for meeting business needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate of a recognized university with a degree in computer science, engineering, business, or other relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of directly related and progressively responsible experience in supporting ERP applications solution design and development, including cross-domain experience with a strong preference for proficient understanding in SAP and SAP S4 environments.
  • Skills: Ability to travel, adept at building and maintaining strong working relationships, and experience working with and leading off-shore teams is a strong preference.
