Nutrien Ag Solutions Limited is seeking a highly skilled Solution Delivery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT Sales & Logistics Support Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects and the maintenance of existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners, IT team members, vendors, and other resources to ensure effective solutions are implemented.
  • Own and address business incidents from identification through resolution, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and technology enhancements within the Sales & Logistics domain.
  • Provide technical leadership and support to internal and external partners, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and the maintenance of existing systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and assess their potential use in meeting business needs.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in supporting ERP applications solution design and development, with a strong preference for SAP and SAP S4 environments.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with Order-to-Cash and Logistics related applications.
  • Experience with SAP SD, MM, TM, PM, SAP IBP, and other related solutions is considered an asset.
  • Ability to travel and work collaboratively with decentralized and remote teams.
  • Superior time management skills and ability to support multiple project initiatives simultaneously.
