Enterprise Solutions Manager

Nutrien Ag Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of IT solutions to support our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of IT solutions, including procurement and fleet management applications.
- Work closely with the procurement team to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions with business processes.
- Develop and maintain technical knowledge of existing application roadmaps and emerging technologies.
- Mentor and support team members to ensure continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in supporting ERP applications solution design and development, with a strong preference for SAP and SAP S4 environments.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with procurement-related applications.
- Experience with SAP Ariba, FieldGlass, and other cloud-based procurement and fleet management solutions is an asset.
- Ability to travel and work collaboratively with decentralized and remote teams.
