Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Business Development to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building strategic relationships, and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and develop strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
- Mortgage Originations: Develop and execute strategies to increase mortgage originations, manage relationships with brokers and clients, and ensure timely and accurate processing of mortgage applications.
- Industry Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze competitor activity, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of business development professionals, providing coaching and guidance to ensure success.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, sales teams, and operations staff.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in the mortgage industry, with a proven track record of business development and leadership.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
