As a Legal Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the precision and effectiveness of demand letters, which are essential legal documents that outline the economic and non-economic damages experienced by individuals due to personal injury incidents. Your work will directly impact our mission to secure rightful compensation for personal injury victims.

The salary range for this position is between $50,000 and $60,000 CAD, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses that can add an additional 10% to your annual salary.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Utilize our proprietary online software to assess medical records, craft clear and detailed treatment summaries, organize damage claims, establish treatment timelines, and perform legal research to create persuasive demand letters.
  2. Meet weekly production targets while having the chance to earn bonuses for exceeding quality expectations.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment, possess strong writing skills, and enjoy delving into the details of their work alongside a team of high achievers.

Qualifications:
  1. Background in legal, insurance, or medical sectors with a focus on writing (e.g., paralegals, case managers, claims adjusters, legal assistants, or technical writers).
  2. Exceptional persuasive writing abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and collaborate with various teams.
  4. Proven capacity to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and software.
  5. Familiarity with personal injury law, medical documentation, or experience in copywriting/editing is advantageous.
