Join MASK INDIAN KITCHEN + BAR INC. as an Executive Chef and take charge of our culinary operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen staff and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Estimate food and supply costs, and maintain accurate records of inventory and sales.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, including specialist chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers.
- Develop and implement new recipes, and ensure that all dishes meet our quality standards.
- Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities, and oversee the maintenance of kitchen equipment.
- Recruit and hire staff, and lead by example to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
