About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Vice-President of Operations to join our team at Wenyuan Canada Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Regional Coordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Organizational Objectives: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
